PanSaver® Makes A Better Lasagna
Line the pan with PanSaver®. Spray the PanSaver® liner lightly with vegetable oil. Build the lasagna. Bake in pre-heated oven @ 180ºC. PanSaver will prevent the lasagna from drying-out in the corners, on the sides, and on the bottom. The lasagna will hold in a steam table 8ºC warmer than lasagna held in an unlined pan. Section the lasagna with a dough cutter or spatula and lift the serving out of the pan.
